proven ability or definite promise to teach in english or chinese;

4.對(duì)于長(zhǎng)聘副教授及以上崗位，候選人還需在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域表現(xiàn)出卓越的學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力。
