工作目的:
作為市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)負(fù)責(zé)人,該職位需負(fù)責(zé)制定、執(zhí)行并管理品牌高效的市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)與傳播策略,通過(guò)深入了解不同渠道的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式,助力打造成功的商業(yè)戰(zhàn)略。同時(shí),該角色還涵蓋內(nèi)容渠道(如抖音/得物等)的業(yè)務(wù)拓展與管理。
崗位職責(zé):
1-提供全面的品牌指導(dǎo),確保為消費(fèi)者打造獨(dú)特且高端的體驗(yàn)。該指導(dǎo)內(nèi)容應(yīng)涵蓋從高層級(jí)的品牌戰(zhàn)略(即“我們是誰(shuí)”“我們希望走向何方”“我們希望向消費(fèi)者呈現(xiàn)何種形象”),到多渠道的品牌及社交內(nèi)容制作、品牌視覺(jué)呈現(xiàn)規(guī)范,甚至包括門(mén)店員工與消費(fèi)者的溝通方式。
2-確保具體的CRM和活動(dòng)運(yùn)營(yíng)落地:國(guó)家地理(NatGeo)擁有眾多內(nèi)容、探險(xiǎn)家資源和教育活動(dòng)。利用這些資源作為關(guān)鍵驅(qū)動(dòng)力,通過(guò)持續(xù)舉辦多樣化的線(xiàn)下活動(dòng)以及開(kāi)發(fā)可通過(guò)CRM兌換的激勵(lì)措施,提高消費(fèi)者的品牌忠誠(chéng)度。
3-保障整合營(yíng)銷(xiāo)工作,以推動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)并增加消費(fèi)者資產(chǎn)。
4-定義并建立一個(gè)多層次的品牌代言人矩陣,涵蓋明星(包括國(guó)家地理探險(xiǎn)家)到KOL,并制作豐富且有趣的內(nèi)容和主題,以促進(jìn)消費(fèi)者與品牌之間的持續(xù)互動(dòng)。
5-探尋與國(guó)家地理(NatGeo)產(chǎn)品開(kāi)展?jié)撛诤献鞯臋C(jī)會(huì)(涵蓋設(shè)計(jì)師、藝術(shù)家、品牌及知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)合作方),以豐富產(chǎn)品陣容,并打造更多國(guó)家地理產(chǎn)品可融入的生活方式場(chǎng)景。
6-推動(dòng)電商平臺(tái)銷(xiāo)售增長(zhǎng),尤其是在高度依賴(lài)內(nèi)容與營(yíng)銷(xiāo)的渠道,包括抖音、小紅書(shū)、得物等。
7-建立能夠吸引人才并促使他們?cè)敢馀c我們合作、共同成長(zhǎng)的品牌文化。

1-擁有超過(guò) 15 年的服裝相關(guān)行業(yè)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2-能夠制定清晰的戰(zhàn)略,并制定具有挑戰(zhàn)性的步驟,以明確加速實(shí)現(xiàn)組織的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。
3-具備出色的溝通能力,能夠影響并吸引內(nèi)部及外部客戶(hù)/利益相關(guān)者。
4-在全球時(shí)尚領(lǐng)域擁有豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和深刻的見(jiàn)解。
5-能夠果斷地做出高質(zhì)量決策,即使是在缺乏完整信息或面臨不確定性的情況下也是如此。
6-對(duì)時(shí)尚充滿(mǎn)熱情,具有創(chuàng)新精神,能夠在快節(jié)奏的環(huán)境中帶來(lái)新的工作方式。
7-自我驅(qū)動(dòng)且堅(jiān)韌不拔,通過(guò)影響思維和行為來(lái)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)。
8-英語(yǔ)技能(會(huì)讀寫(xiě)者)為佳。
Job Purpose:
As Commercial director, the role is to formulate, execute, and manage the effective marketing and communication strategies of the brand, making successful business strategy by understanding the different channels operation. As well as covering the business of content channels, eg Douyin/Dewu, etc.
Responsibilities:
1-Deliver overall branding guidance to ensure the unique yet premium consumer experiences. The deliverable should cover from high-level branding strategy (i.e. who we are, where we want to go, what image do we want to present to consumers), branding and social content production on multiple channels, visual guidance of the brand, and even the way the store staff would talk to consumers
2-Ensure concrete CRM and event operations: NatGeo has many content, explorers, and educational events. Using these resources as the key drivers to increase the brand loyalty from consumer by offering on-going yet diverse offline events and developing incentives redeemed via CRM
3-Safeguard integrated marketing efforts to drive business target and increase consumer assets
4-Define and establish a multi-layer brand spokesman matrix from celebrities (including NatGeo explorers) to local KOLs, and produce rich and interesting content and topics that allow constant interactions between consumers and the brand
5-Look out for potential collaborations (designers, artists, brands, and IPs) with NatGeo products to enrich product offerings and create more lifestyle scenarios where NatGeo products could be part of
6-Drive sales on EC platforms, especially on channels which will heavily rely on content and marketing, including Douyin, Redbook, DEWU.
7-Develop the brand culture that will be the reason why talents would want to work with and grow with NatGeo.
Core Competencies required:
1-More than 15 years in marketing management experience in apparel related industry.
2-Formulate clear strategies and formulate challenging steps that can clearly accelerate the realization of the organization's strategic objectives.
3-Strong communication skill, to influence and engage internal and external customers/stakeholders.
4-Extended know-how and insight in global fashion.
5-Decisively make high-quality decisions, even based on incomplete information or facing uncertainty.
6-Passion for fashion, with innovation spirit to bring new working way under the fast-pace environment.
7-Self-driven and being resilient, leads through influencing mindsets and behaviors.
8-Good English language skills are preferred.
